Men’s Basketball knocked out in close thriller

The phrase “raising a banner” has significant meaning in respect to the Gustavus Men’s Basketball team. The goal of the team is to add a banner to Gus Young Court every single year. Despite these high points in the season, with a big  home win … Continue reading Men’s Basketball knocked out in close thriller

Women’s Swim And Dive grabs 6th title

Here at Gustavus, there isn’t necessarily a “men’s” or “women’s” swimming & diving team, as both groups spend an insurmountable amount of time together in and out of the pool, essentially make up one collective team, or as some may say, one family. “As a coach, seeing the amount of caring and trusting and believing in each other that the team has had all season … Continue reading Women’s Swim And Dive grabs 6th title

Track & Field shrugs off tough start

Maximize your workout with HIT

As spring semester began earlier this week, students gradually started lacking one invariable feature: time. As studies take over, other activities naturally get deprioritized and a two hour workout session each day may not be most logical choice. But a new study shows that students and other people in despair of time might have gotten lucky. Dr. Michael Mosley is a British television producer who … Continue reading Maximize your workout with HIT
