-Those yummy waffles are made from Minnesota Malted Waffle Batter, the same that Perkin’s restaurant uses

-Fall apples are home grown

-All coffee is Free Trade Organic

-Fruit sales have tripled and potato chips sales have decreased since introduction of fruit stand

-No peanut oil is used for cooking, only 100 percent canola oil spray

-Cage-free turkey and 1000 Hills grass fed beef are both Minnesota products that are used in the Market Place
