The Gustavus Adolphus College Archives also has a fully searchable online archive of all student newspapers from 1891 to Spring 2012. Access the online archive.
Print Archives
Both the Folke Bernadotte Memorial Library and the College Archives have an extensive archive of paper copies of The Weekly. The Weekly has a smaller archive collection, as well.

The College Archives now offers searchable full text and PDF page images of the Gustavus Adolphus College student newspaper, the Gustavian Weekly. Over the summer we had issues from 1920 through spring 1979 digitized. As a result, we now offer the newspaper from 1920-spring 2005. Visit the Archives website to access this fantastic resource.

We don’t currently have plans to make issues prior to 1920 available online.

The Gustavian Weekly began in 1920. There were various predecessor publications, namely the College Breezes. The College Archives and Bernadotte Library are planing to digitize these publications at a later date. If you would like to help fund the project, please contact me, the College Archivist.
Where can I find archives of Fall 2005 and Spring 2006 issues (my finest work)? These seem to be lost in oblivion??
Don’t worry about these being lost to oblivion. There are print copies in both the Bernadotte Library and in the College Archives. I think that you should write more on this topic. It won’t be a taboo topic but generally people are not enough to speak on such topics.
Great article!I think that for me, what made fehsrman year so special was not being afraid to immerse myself in new social situations. Clearly, you’ve got to exercise reasonable judgment here, but I’ve met some of my best friends from simply choosing to say what the hell and hanging out with a group of people that I barely knew on some random outing. That means if someone asks you if you want to metro into DC to just explore, DO IT! If you feel like seeing what all the fuss is about Ben’s Chili Bowl, why not find some new acquaintances that want to come with? You’ll end up with more memories (and friends) that way!
