Members of Gustavus’ growing Muslim community are invited to gather on Friday mornings for a variety of Muslim religious practices.

Responsible Conduct of Research Training Workshop at 2:30-3:30pm in St. Peter Room, Jackson Campus Center 207
Participation in this in-person training workshop on Responsible Conduct of Research is required of any student funded by a public or government source (local, state, or federal) who is conducting research this academic year and who did not complete the training in June.

Homecoming Pizza Tailgate 4:00-8:00pm
Kick off Homecoming weekend right with the annual Pizza Tailgate. This year the tailgate will be taken to the next level with an extreme trampoline, DJ, yard games, water pong tournament, and over 1000 slices of pizza from Dominos, Godfathers, and Jake Stadium Pizza. Dinner will be served at 5:30 followed by dessert which includes S’more made fresh by the Complex fire pit.

Encore: An Alumni Dance Celebration 2:30-3:30pm Bjorling Recital Hall
The Department of Theatre and Dance welcome back alumni dancers in a performance of “Encore: An Alumni Dance Celebration”. Works include “Last Rain”, choreographed by Professor of Dance Michele Rusinko, as well as a performance by Jo Gjertson Frederiksen ‘81, who just returned from dancing professionally in Scotland.

NCAA Division III is proud to partner with Special Olympics. As a result of this partnership, Gustavus is hosting a special olympics flag football competition. Come and cheer on these athletes as they compete at Hollingsworth field.
