Tip of the Week
Lost and Found
There is a campus Lost and Found program managed through the Department of Campus Safety. Students Submit a lost property report at the Campus Safety web page or by emailing Campus Safety (safety@gustavus.edu) with the subject line “Lost and Found” and including the following information: name, contact information, description of item (size, brand, model, color), date lost and location lost if known.
Those filing Lost Property reports will be contacted if their item is turned in. Facilitate items being returned to you by labeling them with your name and/or e-mail address.
Anyone finding clothing, keys, books, jewelry, wallets, electronics, sports equipment or other items on campus should bring these found items immediately to the Campus Safety Department. Lost and Found items will be held for 30 days. The Campus Safety Department understands the impact of losing personal belongings and is committed to ensuring that every effort is made to return lost and found items to the owners as quickly as possible. With your help, we can make Lost and Found work for everyone!
