• Campus Safety responded to a medical assist at the Lund center.

Saturday, January 8

• A student was charged with Liquor Violation/Underage Consumption at the Dive Dance.Two non-Gustavus students were issued Trespass Warnings, cited for of-age alcohol violations and drug equipment and narcotic violations. One Gustavus student was cited for a drug narcotic violation and for a Social Host Violation.

Sunday, January 9

• Two students were cited for drug/narcotic violations in Sohre Hall.

Tip of the Week

Practice personal safety and be aware of your surroundings.  Do not allow strangers to follow you into your residence hall.   Keep the door(s) to your room or residence and windows locked at all times.  Please practice these safety tips: Report all suspicious persons, vehicles and activities to the Campus Safety Department immediately, by using any campus blue light phone or by dialing 8888 from any campus phone. Use the “buddy system” and watch out for your neighbor. Report lights that are out and any hazardous conditions immediately to the Physical Plant Office at x7504. If you see someone being victimized, get involved and notify the Campus Safety Department.
