• A Gustavus student reported the theft of his iPod from the Jackson Campus Center. The iPod was later recovered.

Thursday, September 15
• A student was cited for underage consumption by Campus Safety on Campus Drive.
• Campus Safety responded to a medical assist at Arbor View Apartments.

Saturday, September 17
• A student in Norelius Hall was cited for underage consumption.
• A student was cited for underage consumption of alcohol and underage possession of alcohol in Uhler Hall.
• A student in Pittman Hall was cited by Campus Safety for underage consumption of alcohol and underage possession of alcohol.
• A Gustavus student was cited on College grounds by Campus Safety for underage
consumption of alcohol and underage possession of alcohol.
• A student in Norelius Circle was cited by Campus Safety for a Bias incident, failure to comply with a college official, careless and reckless driving, failure to stop for a sign, driving under the influence, underage consumption of alcohol and underage possession of alcohol. A second student was cited for a Bias incident by Campus Safety, underage consumption of alcohol and possession of alcohol. Both students were cited by SPPD for underage consumption of alcohol. One student was arrested by SPPD for a DWI.
