• A Gustavus employee reported the loss of campus keys.
• Campus Safety investigated a theft of college property in the Arboretum.
Wednesday, April 11
• Campus Safety responded to an automobile accident in the Stadium Parking Lot.
Friday, April 1
• Campus Safety responded to a Medical Assist at the Lund Center. A Gustavus student was cited for an of age liquor violation and transported to the hospital.
• A Gustavus student was cited for underage consumption in Norelius Hall.
Saturday, April 14
• One Gustavus student and three visitors were charged by Campus Safety and the SPPD for liquor violation/underage in the Johnson Student Union. The three visitors were trespassed from campus and one of them was taken to Detox.
• Two non-Gustavus students and one Gustavus student were cited by SPPD and Campus Safety for underage consumption of alcohol in Norelius Hall. One non-Gustavus student was cited by Campus Safety for underage possession of alcohol and issued a trespass warning.
• A student while in Uhler Hall was cited by Campus Safety for an of age alcohol violation.
• Two students were cited with a college policy violation at the Shaefer Fine Arts building.
Sunday, April 15
• Two Gustavus students in North Hall were cited with a social host violation and underage possession. Six Gustavus students and three non-students were cited with failure to comply with college officials. Four Gustavus students and three non-students were cited with underage consumption. Two non-students were issued trespass warnings.
• Campus Safety responded to a medical assist in Southwest Hall.
• A Campus Safety Officer took a report of property damage in the Lund Center.

Severe Weather
In Minnesota, severe weather takes different forms depending on the season. In late spring through fall, severe weather can include thunderstorms, tornadoes, hail and straight-line winds.

Conditions are right for severe weather to occur.
Severe Weather Warning
Severe weather has been confirmed and is moving in a direction that jeopardizes the local area. GO TO SAFETY IMMEDIATELY!
Straight Line Winds
Tornado strength winds that do not rotate but blow in straight lines.
Severe Thunderstorms
Rainstorms that include thunder and lightning, as well as possibility of various sizes of hail.
Tornado
Conditions are right for a tornado when a hot humid air mass collides with a cold air mass. Wind speeds of a tornado can reach 200 MPH.

Be aware of your location and the location of the storm shelter in the building you are in.
If a Severe Weather Watch is Issued
• Listen to local radio and TV stations for further updates.
• Be alert to changing weather conditions.
If a Severe Weather Warning is Issued
• If you are inside, go to the safe place in the building.
• If you are outside, hurry to the basement of a nearby sturdy building or lie flat in a ditch or low-lying area.
• If you are in a motor vehicle, get out immediately and head for safety.
