  1. C’mon, is this a real core workout?( Core being a crurent buzzword.)Even at three times through this circuit, it’s a modest warmup compared to what my students do. That’s not to say that each student must vomit or pass out during a workout, but this powder puff routine is really nothing of value.And what they’re not telling you is that 70 percent of your physique comes from your diet, not your ab routine.There are many fat people who will do 1,000 crunches a day, but they’re still fat.
